As Executive Director, Mary Beth guides the daily operations of this award-winning organization. With her background in social work, her focus has always been enhancing the well-being of individuals and communities. She also brings more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit management, including community relations, event planning, fundraising, and volunteer facilitation. Her dynamic leadership and business acumen drive the organization’s impact and success. Mary Beth is proud to carry on the strategic vision of co-founders Annie Murphy and Joan Baer.  Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, gardening and walking her family Shih-poo, Coby.
